A Wedding and Reception aboard one of our yachts is an exceptionally private and elegant event, that very few have the opportunity to experience, cherish and remember.

Your event will include:
Pre – Boarding Reception Lounge
Beginning one hour prior to boarding, for the comfort and convenience of your guests’ arrival to our private yacht club, they will be given access to our beautiful Waterfront Lounge. There, they will be offered cocktails from our bartender as they mingle about and enjoy the harbor views from either inside by the romantic fireplace or outside on the covered patio furnished with sofas and fire pits as they wait for the Captain of the ICON to escort them to the yacht. A Four hour cruise aboard the luxury yacht ICON that will include your Captain and Crew (includes crew gratuities too), dining tables, silver Chiavari chairs, insurance, fuel, docking and city permits.
Menu, Catering Service and Rentals
Knowing that the food is one of the most memorable and important parts of your event, we will be preparing a delicious full menu buffet for you and your guests.
Our Wedding Package includes two bartenders that will be serving both you and your guests at either one of the two granite bars located on the ICON and will include a large selection of sodas, juices and coffee. The option of upgrading your bar service to include our selection of imported and domestic beers, wines, and mixed cocktails can also be prepaid ahead of time or can be available for purchase by your guests during the event.
A professional Captain, dressed in full uniform to perform your ceremony of choice.
A professional photographer, with five hours of unlimited full digital coverage (we do not use film, only digital, allowing for a nearly unlimited number of photos to be taken) presented to you on a CD, and online for your guests to view and purchase.
A professional Disc Jockey (M.C.) to customize your event needs and create a tailored music playlist based upon your preferences.
Our wedding coordinators are what we like to call “Your new best friend!” They are there for you from the first day till the last. Our goal is for you to work only with one person, allowing for you to feel comfortable knowing that the person who knows every detail about your event will be there for you on your BIG Day.
